If you’re a lover of hidden treasures and reused items, it might be time for you to check out this antique store in Prince Edward County.

Dead People’s Stuff is located in Bloomfield, Ontario and has a mixture of everything that you’re looking for.

From country pine furniture, cottage decor, vintage tools, trunks, lighting and eclectics, you’re sure to find a trinket or two to take home.

They also stock treasures for the garden, kitchen benches, bedroom pieces, chairs, linens and the occasional walnut table or oak sideboard.

The company’s slogan is “keeping the past alive” as they help find new homes for all of these historic goodies.

Situated in a black barn off of Main Street, it’s also a super photogenic destination to add to your next county trip.

The shop has been around since 2005, but the journey started over 20 years ago with the collaborative effort of Sue and Terry Hierlihy and Terry’s late brother Doug Hierlihy.

They began selling on Sundays from the old Stittsville Flea Market before moving to a brick-and-mortar store in PEC.

Currently, this antique store in Prince Edward County is open Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4. However, you can also make an appointment by calling 613-393-3193.

If you’re looking for more things to do the next time you’re in Prince Edward County, the options are endless.

You can check out Tipsy Theory’s latest blog post about activities that won’t break the bank.
