It’s time to get off the couch and unwind this summer. Sandbanks Estate Winery in Prince Edward County is now letting you do Sunday yoga in the vines.
From now until the first weekend of September, you can stretch it out before sipping some wine at this local spot.
The class lasts one hour and it’s the perfect place to take a much-deserved moment of zen while breathing in the fresh air and taking in the stunning views.
The estate warns that this is an outdoor class, so make sure to dress for the weather. However, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, the class will be moved indoors.
Guests should bring their own mats if they have one, but some will be provided if needed. Currently, the class is $25 a person and you call the winery at 613-399-1839 to book a slot.
Once you are done unwinding with yoga in the vines, you can also explore the gorgeous estate.

On the weekend, you can do a seated food and wine experience. For $20, you can lounge around the vineyard while tasting five of their vinos. Small bites will also be provided to enjoy during the tasting.
Sandbanks has multiple reds, whites, rosés and sweet wines to choose from.
One of the sweet wines includes their Late Harvest, which is the perfect dessert with hints of ripened peach and honey.
