If you’re looking for the perfect Ontario snowshoeing spot to check out this winter, Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery has glistening trails that are just waiting to be explored.

Pull-on your hats and lace up your snowshoes because this local spot has 10 kilometres of trails that you can wander through this season.

Open from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., this is the perfect way to get out and enjoy some fresh air before winter comes to an end.

If you’re looking to visit during the weekend, it will cost you $12, yet you can go during the week for only $8.

Once on the trails, you can find two public fire pits where you can stop for a quick warm-up. However, if you want to sit and stay awhile, you can also rent your own private fire pit and even toast some food.

If snowshoeing just isn’t your thing, there are a few other activities you can do at this Ontario spot. They also have a huge ice skating trail, however, you will have to pay a different admission fee.

Their cafe is also open as well this season for window take-out only.

Of course, due to COVID-19 restrictions there are some rules that you need to follow before enjoying your winter hike.

Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery state that all guests need to book their visit in advance, which you can do on their website. Currently, they will not be accepting walk-ins.

Masks are required in all public spaces and can only be removed on trails if you are keeping 6 feet apart from others.
