Elora Distilling Company, which is nested in the heart of a charming small town, has a variety of spirits including gin, vodka and rye. They are known for their many liqueurs that are perfect to elevate any drink.
Some fan favourites include their Elderflower Liqueur, Limoncello, Spiced Sugar Maple and Chocolate Hazelnut Liqueur.
When you enter the space, the first floor is perfect for browsing their products and even sampling some of their spirits if you want to get a taste before you buy.
However, the upstairs is the place to be if you want to really sit down and enjoy what this Ontario distillery has to offer.
Their Royal Room gives off the same vibes as a hidden speakeasy, with a bar, gorgeous blue benches, multiple seating areas and giant windows.

Here, you’ll be able to explore the flavours of Elora through some of their many cocktails. If you’re having trouble choosing what to get, you can also grab a flight of three mini-cocktails to sip on.
The menu includes classics like the Cosmopolitan, Grand Martini and the Moscow Mule. There are also other fun drinks such as the Strawberry Mudslide and the Royal Yacht Club. Each cocktail is actually inspired by famous hotels from across the world.
A mini cocktail flight is $14.99, while normal-sized cocktails range around $10.99 to $14.99.
