When it comes to the best distilleries in Niagara, Dillon’s is the favourite amongst our readers. The spot is known for its gins, whisky and vodkas.

You can sample some of their many spirits or enjoy their canned cocktails, which come in flavours such as Blackberry Lemon, Tangerine Lemon and Black Cherry.


2: Limited Distilling

Sitting in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, this local spot will never disappoint. You can do a tasting of their spirits, or grab a mini cocktail flight.

You can also get hand-crafted cocktails by the glass, including Peach Iced Tea, Strawberry Jalapeno Marg, Espresso Martini and more.


3: Forty Creek Distillery

This local spot is known for its whisky. You can stop in and try four of their award-winning bottles while learning the history and process of how they are created.

If you’re looking to try something unique, you can also grab one of their creams (which are crafted with fresh dairy cream and whisky). Some flavours include Nanaimo Bar and Butter Tart.

Spirit in Niagara is an adorable building located on Lakeshore Road that serves up its own spirits, which are distilled from over-ripened and fallen fruit from their orchards.
