Spirit in Niagara is an adorable building located on Lakeshore Road that serves up its own spirits, which are distilled from over-ripened and fallen fruit from their orchards.
The local spot is known for its Gin, Vodka, Eau de Vie, Whisky and more!
If you’re not sure exactly which spirit you want to start with, you can try them all with a tasting.
For $10 you can pick any three spirits and give them a sample, followed up by the cocktail of the day.
Or, you can also get a flight of cocktails as well. For $18 you can try three staff selected drinks that are sure to make you want to come back for more.

You can enjoy your drinks on their outdoor patio, which is a garden oasis.
Filled with tons of flowers and a trickling fountain, you’ll be transported to somewhere a bit more tropical.
If you’re feeling a bit peckish, the Niagara Distillery also has a food menu that you can enjoy.
With duck, short ribs, ravioli and more, it’s hard to go wrong when you’re picking off this menu.
If you are feeling adventurous, you can also go for their four-course, six-course or even eight-course meals. However, reservations are recommended and can be made on their website.
