If you’re looking to make the most out of the cooler months, but also don’t want to freeze while enjoying your meal, there are multiple heated domes for dining in the Niagara region.
From wineries to restaurants, you can dine day and night around the city without having to pull out your snow pants.
Here’s a list of four spots with domes that you can check out this winter.
Fielding Estate Winery
For a $20 “dome fee” you and up to five of your closest friends can enjoy wine and cider by the glass for 1.5 hours in one of these heated snow globes.
If you are feeling snackish, you can also grab a cheese board, charcuterie board or chocolate sampler. Wine is around $10- $22 a glass and food prices range from $14- $32.
Trius Snow Globe Dining Experience
If you’re looking for a unique dining experience under the stars, this might be the spot for you. For $200 a person, you can get a four-course tasting menu, with perfect wine pairings.
When you’ve finished the meal, you can look out at the snow-covered vineyard while sipping on some coffee or tea and a sweet treat.
Old Stone Inn
Whether you’re looking for brunch, dinner or afternoon tea, this local spot has you covered.
With both heated domes and cabins, you and your friends can enjoy endless food and booze from Thursday to Sunday.
Bistro Mirepoix
These greenhouses are the perfect spot if you’re craving some brunch and looking for some heated domes for dining in Niagara.
This little bistro with a focus on breakfast and lunch (but mostly brunch) has a mouth-watering menu that includes Pork Belly Eggs Benedict and Sourdough Waffles.
