It’s time to eat your way through wine county! Taste the Season is back this fall, and you can spend the month of November visiting over a dozen wineries across the region.
The local event will take place over the four weekends of November, and will let you visit up to 16 wineries where you can sip on some of their wine and chow down on some amazing food.
Each vineyard will be offering a different experience and you’ll feel like you’re travelling across the world with the variety of cuisines you’ll be able to try.
You can travel to Newfoundland with De Simone Vineyards, where you’ll get some crispy french fries covered with holiday stuffing and gravy. The food will be paired with their new Determination Baco Noir.
Pillitteri Estates Winery will be serving up their Limited Edition Andre De Grasse red wine with a maple butternut squash bisque. Or, you can try some texas style beef tacos with Riverview Cellars Rosso 2021 red wine blend.
To view what all 16 wineries will be serving throughout the event, you can check the Taste the Season website.
Suggested for you!
Depending on how many wineries you’re looking to hit up, you can purchase either an individual pass or a couples pass. The individual pass lets one person visit all 16 wineries. While the couples pass will let two people visit eight wineries.
Both passes cost $75 and can be purchased through the company’s website. It’s important to note that you’re only allowed to visit up to eight wineries in one day, so be prepared to turn this into a multiple-day experience!
Tastings for Taste the Season will be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through November from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
