Cheese Lovers Can Build Their Own Charcuterie Boards At This PEC Winery

Calling all cheese lovers! If you’re looking for something fun to do this summer, why not build your very own charcuterie board?

Charcuterie Board Workshop is teaming up with Sandbanks Winery so you can build the wooden creation of your dreams in Prince Edward County.

Every Friday (from now until September) you can sign up for the class and learn how to de-bark, sand and oil your board.

You’ll also be able to sample some of the vineyard’s wine during the class- giving you that extra motivation you need to finish the project.

Currently, tickets are $130 per person and include the tasting, as well as the board.

However, if you want to turn it into a date night, you can buy a couple ticket for $200. This includes one board that you build together and wine samplings for two people.

If you’re not in Prince Edward County, the company also does the workshop at Jackson Triggs Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake on Saturdays.

Or, you can also do the experience at a brewery in Toronto monthly on Thursdays.

Regardless of where you choose to build your board, it’s the perfect conservation starter the next time you serve your friends. Or, you can always gift your creation to someone else.

You can buy your tickets on the company’s website, where you will also be asked to sign a waiver.
