Merrill House, which was built in 1878 for Judge Edwards Merrill, has since been restored and now serves as a luxurious inn that is filled with multiple unique rooms.

However, the space is known for more than just its rooms. It is also home to an award-winning restaurant.

Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling wine cellars, the indoor space also transitions seamlessly to its outdoor terrace. So you can dine both indoors and out.

You can start your night off with a drink and the spot has a long list of cocktails, spirits, champagne and wine.

When it comes to dinner, they have multiple courses that are sure to fill you up. The first course has items like ricotta gnocchi and fresh oysters.

While the second course is filled with dishes like the rabbit confit ravioli and Merrill salad.

Of course, the main course has mouthwatering finds like duck breast, boneless cornish hen and a roasted rack of Ontarian lamb.

You can end the night off with dessert, with some fan-favourites including the Tahitian vanilla crรจme brรปlรฉe and the warm molten chocolate cake.

The inn in PEC also has a ton of other amenities that you can enjoy if you choose to stay the night. There is a barrel sauna in the backyard, as well as both indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
