Your next summer drink is here. One Niagara distillery is serving up so many tropical flavours of gin and it’s perfect for a hot summer day.
Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers, located in Beamsville, is known for its flavourful spirits and cocktails.
They have a selection of rye whisky, vodka and more to choose from. One fan favourite is their massive selection of gin.
Some flavours include cherry, rose, strawberry, rhubarb, melon and pineapple honey. The latter works perfectly if you mix it into a cocktail or a sangria.
Some of these batches are for limited release only (like the melon) so make sure to double-check that it’s in stock before heading out!
On top of this, you can also pick up some ready-made cocktails as well. The Niagara distillery has three flavours including Tangerine, Lemon & Mint, Black Cherry & Cranberry and Blackberry, Lemon & Elderflower, all mixed with gin.

If you’re unsure which flavour would be right up your alley, you can also book a tasting in the sipping room, which is open Thursday through Monday.
For $10 per person, you can sample four spirits each. If you want to do a tour throughout the distilling space, you can also book a time for $30 per person.

This summer, you can also grab some pre-made snacks (like party mix, guac, cheese, charcuterie and more) and enjoy it in their garden with a cocktail.
