Calling all sweet tooths! If you’re looking for the most epic desserts this February, this Icewine tasting in Niagara is the spot to be.
PondView at Bella Terra is offering a limited-time experience, and you only have from February 25 to 27 to try it out.
For $24.95 per person, you can enjoy a flight of three icewines that are each perfectly paired with fluffy Japanese cheesecakes.
You’ll be able to sample the vineyard’s vidal, riesling and cabernet franc icewines, and each mini-cake will come garnished with items that are curated to pair with the drinks perfectly. Yum!
The tasting is expected to last around 30 minutes, and you can book ahead on their website. If you are a Wine Club member, you can also get 15% off.

You can also order your own cheeseboard and a glass of wine at this local spot, and enjoy it between the vines. The board comes with a variety of meats, cheeses and bread, and will easily feed two people.
