Once you step inside, you’ll get a speakeasy kind of vibe. You’ll have to take a set of stairs to get to the dining room. The space has slanted ceilings and moody lighting, making it feel super intimate and romantic.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, this local spot works hard to bring Ontario-grown foods and drinks straight to your taste buds.
Some fan favourites on the menu include their wood-fired pizza such as the Margherita, Fungi and Bacon & Peach.
You also have a choice between their plant, pasta, ocean and beast plates. For pasta, you can enjoy smoked chicken, egg-yolk bucatini, leeks, spinach, Ontario cherry tomatoes, chilli flakes, grana padano, sourdough crumb, white wine and nut-free basil pesto.
While the beast meal includes AAA cast-iron roasted striploin, sauteed organic mushrooms, chimichurri, russet potato fries, and malt aioli.

When it comes to desserts, dine-in will vary. However, some take-out treats include a s’mores tart slice, a cheesecake jar and a butterscotch budino jar.
The wine bar in Thornbury also has a great selection of wine, Ontario craft beer and house-made cocktails. Some include and Espresso Martini, Paper Plane, Negroni and an Old Fashioned.
