A Labour of Love, Food & Wine Extravaganza
If you’re looking for things to do in Niagara wine country for this 2023 Labour Day weekend, you’ll want to head over to Kacaba Vineyards.
The adorable spot is hosting a wine and food pairing, where you can sip on some of their best vinos while enjoying some savouring bites. The menu includes caramelized onion tart, grilled steak and chocolate avocado pudding.
Sip on Loaded Caesars
Limited Distilling will be kicking off their long weekend with a bang. You’ll be able to celebrate with loaded caesars and margaritas that are stacked with so many yummy snacks.
They are also doing $10 charcuterie boards that would be perfect for an afternoon bite.
Catch the Fireworks over the Falls
Head down to Niagara Falls, where you can watch a stunning fireworks show every night (weather permitting).
The show happens at 10 p.m., but you can also catch the Falls Illumination throughout the rest of the evening- where the water will be glowing in different colours.
Pick Sunflowers at a Niagara Farm
Soak in those last minutes of summer by picking sunflowers at Howells Farm. It’s the perfect opportunity to grab some photos and enjoy the sun.
While you’re there you can check out their Beer and Wine Garden for a drink and grab one of their signature poutines.

Take a Hike with Stunning Views of the Niagara Glen
Get away from the tourist district with this gorgeous Niagara hike. Situated in the Niagara Glen, you’ll be surrounded by gorgeous views.
You’ll start your hike at the top of the escarpment, where you can catch bird-eye views of the water below. You’ll then take multiple flights of stairs down to ground level where there are four kilometres of rugged hiking paths.

This festival is packed full of mouth-watering food and entertainment. You’ll be able to enjoy gyro, souvlaki, baklava and so much more.
