It is run by Niagara-born Chef Sidney Krick, who began his culinary journey over 30 years ago at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The building also offers a little bit of history, being constructed back in 1904. Over the decades it has been the residence of the Commissioners of Niagara Parks, an open picnic area and a popular dance hall.
