It’s time to bundle up and hit this Niagara winery. Peller Estates has a Winter Wine Garden experience that will let you cozy up next to the fire with icewine marshmallows.
Every Friday to Sunday this winter you and up to four of your friends can kick back in red Muskoka chairs and enjoy the warmth of the open flame.
The authentic Canadian experience will start off with a glass of wine or one of the estate’s signature cocktails. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a drink during the colder months.
Whichever drink you choose will come in its own souvenir glass that is perfect to have on your shelves at home.
You will then be able to test out your roasting skills with some delicious icewine marshmallows that are handmade by the estate’s chef.
If you are feeling snackish, additional wine and small bites will also be available for you to purchase throughout your stay.

The experience costs $37 plus tax per guest and can be booked in advance on the company’s website.
If you’re looking for more winter fun, Peller also has their “Greatest Winery Tour” that will take you to their 10Below Icewine Lounge, which is an igloo-like dome surrounded by 3,607 kilos of ice.
The room is kept at a chilly negative 10 C and even has iceblock benches for you to sit on while sipping some liquid gold. The tour will also take you around the rest of the estate, including getting a sneak peek at their wine cellar.
