On Sundays, you can start your day off with a full stomach. A PEC winery has a mouthwatering all-you-can-eat pancake brunch and you won’t want to miss it.
Karlo Estates, which is an adorable barn nestled into the heart of Wellington, has a Bubble Brunch every Sunday throughout the year.
You’ll be able to wander into their speakeasy, which has stunning red couches and a cozy atmosphere. Here, you’ll be greeted with a mimosa made from their 2021 bubble.
Then, you can start feasting on as many pancakes as your heart desires. The batter is made from scratch and uses local Jubilee Forest Farm’s ground buckwheat made with Campbell’s Orchards apple sauce.
For the toppings, you can add on some maple syrup, butter, oat yogurt, chopped walnuts and a blueberry compote.
The PEC all-you-can-eat pancake brunch will also have some tea and coffee for you to enjoy.

Tickets cost $27 and include one mimosa, coffee, tea and pancakes. You can make reservations ahead of time on the company’s website.
The winery is situated in a beam barn that was built in 1805, and has many events that you can enjoy throughout the year.
Some other upcoming gatherings include their weekly dinner jam, karaoke and trivia nights. Or you can always just stop in for a tasting of their vinos.
