It’s time to lace up and hit the ice! A Niagara skating rink will let you glide under sparkling lights, sip boozy drinks and warm up by the fire all winter long.
Pillar and Post have transformed The Gardens of their location into a winter wonderland, which includes a massive rink that is free for all to use.
Once you have tired out from doing a few laps around the rink, you can cozy up by one of the many fireplaces blazing throughout the garden.
The OutPost (an outdoor café) will also be open throughout the winter so you can fuel up on some tasty snacks and drinks.
Grab a warm salted pretzel, salted caramel popcorn, s’more brownie and more. The spot also has draft beer, wine and fun winter cocktails.
If you’re feeling festive you can try their Chocolate Caliente (with tequila, hot chocolate, secret spices and whipped cream). Or, go for the winter mojito (which comes with spiced rum, fresh lime juice, herb-infused simple syrup, fresh mint and soda water).
