If you’re looking to cool down this summer, one Ontario brewery is getting creative with its gelato sour line and it’s the perfect seasonal drink.
Fine Balance Brewing Company, located in Kingston, has announced a new edition to their gelato collection which is a raspberry and lemon flavour.
Only available for a limited amount of time, the drink was brewed in collaboration with a popular Kingston gelato shop, Mio Gelato.
It is bright and the perfect easy drinking to finish off those final weeks of August sun. You can grab a four-pack for $15 or a single can for $3.76 and can also purchase through their website.
The company has released other gelato flavours in the past, including Blueberry & Toasted Coconut and Strawberry & Vanilla.
Gelato isn’t the only fun flavour that this local Ontario brewery has though. Currently, you can grab a few different kinds of pilsner and IPAs.

The Tiptoe IPA is full of tropical flavours including coconut, passionfruit and ripe pineapple.
While the Closed Loop IPA has notes of peach, apricot and mango. And the Triple Point is full of citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours.
The brewery is open Tuesday to Sunday, and you can drop in to try a pint of one of their suds. They have a sprawling outdoor patio as well as an indoor seating area.
On weekends, they also offer tours of the facility if you want to know more about what goes on behind the curtain.
