If you’re a lover of both donkeys and wine, you’ll want to check out this Niagara winery.
Colaneri Estate Winery is offering a “discover the vineyard with donkeys” event that will transport you back to the venue’s Italian roots.
The 1-hour tour will not only teach out about the creatures but will also let you wander around the vineyard with your newest companions.
The experience first starts with a tasting of sparkling wine, before experts will teach you how the wine is made at their estate.
Of course, there will be an opportunity for you to snag some pics with your new furry friends along the way.
Once finished, you’ll end off your day with a tasting of three more of their wines on a picnic table that overlooks the vines.
The tour costs $90 per person and the winery asks that you book in advance on their website.
They also ask that you wear closed-toe shoes (no heels) and dress for the weather, rain or shine.
The gorgeous estate is worth visiting alone, as the building looks like it belongs in the heart of Italy. In the summer, they also offer some amazing wood-fired pizza.
