It’s time to become an expert! Broken Stone Winery in PEC is hosting a charcuterie workshop this summer that will have you making the perfect board every time.
If you’re someone who loves to host or just loves to snack on your own, this is a must-try activity this season.
The Art of Charcuterie Workshop will take place on multiple dates and will be guided by Farm Board Canada.
You’ll start the experience off with a trio of Broken Stone Wines that are paired perfectly with different cheeses. Then, you’ll get right into creating!
With your new handcrafted charcuterie board by Bark Woodshop & Studio, you’ll learn all the food styling techniques you need to make it a masterpiece.
There will also be a photography station that will let you capture the most Instagram-worthy photos of your creation.

On top of that, you’ll also be able to listen to live music throughout the workshop and take in the stunning views of the vineyard.
The event takes place on June 25, July 9 and August 13 and tickets are $175 per person, with the board, food and wine included.
