With summer just around the corner, it’s time to head on down to the county. This hidden trailer in PEC is one spot that you don’t want to miss, with amazing cocktails and gourmet dogs.
Located in a little white trailer on Closson Road, Old Salt is in a totally outdoor setting and is surrounded by vineyards, breweries and cideries.
They have an expansive menu of cocktails to choose from (including some non-alcoholic options) making it the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun.
Some drink options include a Melon Lime Soda, with Vodka Lime, House Midori Yuzu, Matcha Lime Cordial, Soda and Melon Ball. Or, you can try their Sunday Service, which comes with Mezcal, Aperol, lemon, ginger syrup, smoked sea salt and cucumber.
This little trailer in PEC also does wine and beer options if you’re looking for something classic.
For the first time this year, they will also be offering cocktail tastings. They will be serving 6 half-sized nutty, fruity, sour and spritzy cocktails for you to try!

When you start getting hungry, you can also grab some gourmet dogs, where you can choose between beer-smoked pork or Beyond Italian sausage.
Some favourites include the Pig Mac which comes loaded with American cheddar, lettuce, onion, pickle and secret sauce. Or the Huli Huli which comes with charred pineapple, jalapeno salsa, cilantro and Huli Huli sauce.
While you’re there, you can also play some lawn games and spot some farm animals.
