This Pina Colada Recipe Is So Easy You Only Need 3 Ingredients

Looking for a cool and refreshing cocktail to chase away the summer heat? This pina colada recipe will transport you back to Mexico with its fruity undertones. The best part is, it’s super easy to make.

With only three ingredients, this boozy drink can be made within minutes when you’re craving something sweet. All you need is some frozen pineapple, coconut milk and your favourite kind of rum.

This is one of Adrian and I’s favourite weekend drinks when we are working on our balcony. It makes working on a blog post feel like I am actually on a mini vacation.

Of course, if you want to sip it during those work-week meetings, it’s also an easy drink to make sans alcohol. All you need to do is add just a little bit more coconut milk than the recipe calls for.

Make sure you have a powerful blender before making this recipe though, because this bad boy is THICK.

Happy sipping!
