Niagara’s famous Silversmith Brewing is offering a new menu and it’s full of comfort food that will have you coming back for more.
Back in March, the famous brewing company announced that they would be bringing on Norcini & Co as their new culinary partner.
Since then, the restaurant has continued to expand its menu with so many delicious finds.
Some snacks include poutine (where you can add braised beef or pulled pork), chicken wings and pretzels.
Our favourite was the pear & prosciutto flatbread, which comes with garlic oil, and is topped with Bosc Pears, prosciutto, arugula, goat cheese and honey drizzle. It’s the perfect afternoon lunch.
You can also grab some smashed burgers and sandwiches, including pulled pork, the crispy chicken club and the spicy honey curry chicken.
If you’re looking for something a little lighter, you can opt for their Caprese salad or the seasonal salad. The seasonal comes with arugula tossed in a honey citrus vinaigrette, topped with sliced pears, pickled red onions, radishes and goat cheese.

You can’t leave without getting dessert. The bread pudding is a must-try and comes with dark chocolate and a caramel beer sauce.
Once a former church from the 1800s, Niagara’s Silversmith Brewing still holds true to its roots today with stained glass windows, church pew chairs and more.
If you’re not looking to eat, it’s also a great place to just pop in for a beer. With rotating selection, there is always something new to try.
Some flavours you can try today include the black lager, Helles lager, freaky beasts (which is a hazy pale ale) and the dam buster.
