A Brewery In PEC Is Built Into A Limestone Hill With Stunning Views

If you love suds, you’ll want to stop at this brewery in PEC. Built into a limestone hill, the spot offers stunning panoramic views of the land below.

With a sprawling outdoor space, it’s the perfect place to grab a pint and watch the sunset.

The indoor taproom also has floor-to-ceiling windows, so no matter where you end up you won’t be able to escape the stunning scenery of the fields and trees below.

When you arrive, you can sip on their easy-drinking ales and lagers. This includes their Super Sunset Pale Ale, Greenbush IPA, Kinda Rosé Cherry Beer and more.

You can also purchase cans and merch (including bags, hats and glasses) on the company’s website.

During the off-season, you can snack on some chips. However, in the warmer months, keep your eyes peeled for some pop-up food events.

On the weekend of May 13 to 14, the PEC brewery is having a summer kickoff party with Rebel Taco and County Axe.

You’ll be able to chow down on some Mexican fare, including beef, chicken and sweet potato tex mex hard shell tacos.

Guests will be able to also spend the day axe throwing and sipping on the endless flavours of beer.

The outside patio is dog-friendly and the space does not take reservations. It’s on a first-come, first-served basis.
