A Beer Festival Is Coming To Windsor & It Will Have Suds From Across Ontario

It’s time to start practicing your cheer! A craft beer festival is coming to Windsor in October and it’s going to be packed full of suds from across the province.

Windsor Craft Beer Festival takes place from October 14 to October 15 at the historic Willistead Park in Walkerville. The town was created by Hiram Walker, who is famous for distilling whiskey.

However, many don’t know he also started brewing beer in 1885, so it’s the perfect location for every beer lover.

While you’ll be able to wander around and sample beer from all over Ontario, there will also be food and entertainment to enjoy.

The food menu and entertainment are still to be determined, but you can keep an eye on their website for more information.

For out-of-town guests, the outdoor location is easily accessible by both Transit Windsor and steps from the VIA Rail station.

Previous years have also had giant lawn games to enjoy, including Jenga. So you can really put your game skills to the test.

Tickets aren’t currently available online, but their website says that you can call 1-519-982-5212 to book. The event will take place from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. on both days.
