Next time you’re in Niagara-on-the-Lake, you can warm up and roast some s’mores at Konzelmann Winery. The waterside vineyard is now doing wine tastings paired with chocolate and marshmallows and it’s perfect for every sweet tooth.
The new Fireside Flights Outdoor experience is $35 per person and you can spend 45 minutes cozied up beside your own private fire pit. The patio is also enclosed to keep the cold winds out.
During the tasting, you will be able to sample some of their top-selling wines, including their popular Vidal Icewine.
The pairings end with a warm glass of mulled wine, which will really get you in a festive mood.
The s’mores board that comes with the experience is also mouthwatering. It includes marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers, that you can toast over the fire.
On top of that, you also get a warm bowl full of hearty chilli, which is paired with some bread for dipping.

If you want to start roasting, you can make a reservation for this experience on their website. There is also a designated driver option for $20 that comes with the food, but not the wine.
If you’re not a chocolate fan, Konzelmann Winery also has some other experiences, including an indoor seated tasting, which can also be booked in advance.
However, for $50 a person, the vineyard also offers a more intimate experience. You can have an hour-long private tasting paired with a charcuterie board in your own private ‘luxury style’ dome.
The dome is on a raised platform outdoors that will allow you to look over the stunning vineyard and Lake Ontario while you are sipping.
