This Hidden Trailer In PEC Serves Up Amazing Cocktails & Gourmet Hotdogs

With summer in full swing, it’s time to head on down to the county. This hidden trailer in PEC is one spot that you don’t want to miss, with amazing cocktails and gourmet hotdogs.

Located in a little white trailer on Closson Road, this spot is in a totally outdoor setting and is surrounded by vineyards, breweries and cideries.

They have an expansive menu of cocktails to choose from (including some non-alcoholic options) making it the perfect spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the sun.

Some drink options include a Pisco Fiasco, with Pisco, lime, orange flower water and more. Or, you can try their Sunday Service, which comes with Mexcal, Aperol, lemon, ginger, smoked sea salt and cucumber.

This little trailer in PEC also does some wine tastings as well. For $25 you can do the County vs The World experience. Where you’ll try three wines from the South End of the region and compare them with three from around the world.

Depending on which vino was your favourite, staff will also be able to direct you to other spots to visit around the county during your stay.

When you start getting hungry, you can also grab some gourmet dogs, where you can choose between beef, pork, or Beyond Italian sausage.

Some favourites include the Pig Mac which comes loaded with American cheddar, lettuce, onion, pickle and secret sauce. Or the Huli Huli which comes with charred pineapple, jalapeno salsa, cilantro and Huli Huli sauce.

While you’re there, you can also play some lawn games while enjoying your drink. Right now, they have a giant Jenga.

If you’re planning on doing a wine tasting, the company asks that you make a reservation in advance on their website.
