Next time you’re looking for something a little extra in your cocktails, you’ll want to head over to this bar in the heart of Niagara Falls.
Located inside the Fallsview Casino Resort, Barbarista Cocktail & Coffee Bar is a high-end European coffeehouse during the day and a contemporary cocktail bar by night.
Lined with velvet sofas, armchairs, candles and gold accents, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported back to the 1920s. You can wander over to your own section of the space and try one of their many drinks.
On their cocktail menu, there are many must-try, including their Ms. Pacman which comes with tart cherry-infused NB Chak, peach eau de vie, fresh lemon juice, muddled berries, fennel bitters and soda.
Or, their Jaso Alexander which is vanilla-infused Hine cognac, house-made dark cocoa “agricole” liqueur, port, whole egg, nutmeg, simple syrup and flora.
A majority of their cocktails range from $17 to $22, but there are a few that will run you a bit higher.

One of those is the #Swedderwedder which is $35, but you’ll be getting a whole presentation with your drink.
The Japanese whiskey, mixed with a variety of other ingredients including walnut bitters, fresh pear juice, black tea and more, will be served vacuum siphon infused right at your table. You can watch as dry ice smoke rises from the contraption and your drink is steeped to perfection.
The Niagara bar also serves some late-night eats with the cocktails. If you’re looking to snack you can grab some freshly shucked oysters, tortilla chips, cheeses and more.
