With winter still in full swing, one Niagara winery has just transformed into a magical snow globe that is sure to prolong your holiday spirit.
The Hare Wine Co. announced the opening of their 3rd annual Winter Wonderland and it’s time for Ice Ice Baby!
Every weekend throughout January you can step foot into their Barrel Room which has been filled with glowing Christmas trees, twinkling lights and more. You’ll feel like you are part of your own holiday movie.
Not only is it the perfect opportunity to grab some stunning pictures, but you also get to sip on wine and have some mouthwatering food.
According to the website, the vineyard has teamed up with Chef Chris Smythe from Vintage Hotels’ The Prince of Wales to create the perfect tasting menu.
You’ll be able to sample some chilli and garlic cured jumbo shrimp, baked brie and cranberry compote tart, chocolate tart with Marcona almonds and more.

Tickets can be purchased on the company’s website and are $90 per couple. The Hare warns that tickets sell out fast, so make sure to grab yours in advance.
Each couple will also get a complimentary bottle of the 2020 Hare Sparkling Rosé and a Donini holiday chocolate with their ticket purchase.
This Niagara winery does more than just transform into a snow globe. It’s the perfect spot to also have a normal tasting to see just what kind of vinos the estate has to offer (you can also pair your tasting with a charcuterie board). In the warmer months, they also have a gorgeous outdoor patio to enjoy.
