It’s time to get into the holiday season! Niagara Parks’ annual poinsettias show is in full bloom at the Floral Showhouse and it’s like walking through a Christmas wonderland.
From now until January 7, you’ll be able to be transported into Whoville the moment you walk into the space.
With twinkling lights and seasonal blooms (like poinsettias, orchids, and amaryllis) it will put you into the holiday spirit in no time.
More than 1,500 poinsettias are grown for the show, with over 35 different varieties. They are displayed in many different ways, such as Victorian urns draped with luxurious red tulle.
One of the main features is a large red poinsettia tree in the Centre House, which is sure to take your breath away.
The space is also decorated with twinkling light displays and other holiday decor, including a giant garland archway with Christmas bobbles.

Tickets to the Showhouse are $8.00 per adult and $5.00 per child. You can purchase them in advance on the Niagara Parks website.
Niagara Parks is also hosting its annual Winter Festival of Lights this year, so you can continue your holiday journey throughout the region.
With over 3 million twinkling bulbs, you don’t have to walk much further to be transported into even more whimsical cityscapes.
