Pack your bags! This distillery in PEC is definitely worth the road trip this summer.
Kinsip House of Fine Spirits, located in Bloomfield, is a farm-based grain-to-glass distillery that serves up multiple different kinds of booze.
The adorable little spot has a sprawling outdoor patio full of picnic tables, umbrellas and even an outdoor swing.
While you’re there, you’ll also be able to spot their adorable free-roaming chickens, which wander around while you’re sipping.
For tastings, you can get a flight of three spirits followed by one of their sample cocktails for $15 per person.
Some of the favourites include Juniper’s Wit Gin, Kinsip Maple Whisky, Brandy, Rum and Vodka.
The company also sells maple syrup and some liqueurs (including the aperativo) that you can pick up at their shop.

The PEC distillery is asking guests to reserve their spot for tastings online. However, they do keep some spots open for walk-ins if you’re feeling spontaneous.
Dogs are welcome at the location, but Kinsip asks that they stay on a leash at all times due to the wandering chickens.
While the outdoor area is beautiful, the spot also has a historic home that is perfect for tastings in those colder months.
The distillery is open seven days a week from 10 a.m until 6 p.m. (On Friday and Saturday they are open until 8 p.m.)
