You Can Do Goat Yoga At Niagara Wineries This Summer & It’s Adorable

Are you an animal and fitness lover? Then you might want to check out goat yoga, which will be happening at two Niagara wineries throughout the summer.

FoxDen Yoga has announced that their goat sessions are back and you can strike some poses with a cluster of adorable goats.

The event lets you do some stretches and make some four-legged friends at the same time. As well as get some adorable photos.

Each session involves an instructor-led yoga class and a cider or wine tasting from the vineyard hosting the event. So once you’re done stretching you can unwind with some boozy drinks.

According to the company’s website, you don’t need to be an expert to join a class. All events include beginner moves, so any yogi is welcome!

You also don’t need to bring your own mat. The company warns that goats can get a bit messy and will provide mats for people who didn’t bring one.

Currently, the goat yoga will be taking place at Small Talk Vineyards until June 30, 2022. A flight of cider will be provided after each class.

Starting July 1, 2022, the sessions will be taking place at Lakeview Wine Co. You can sip on a flight of wine after each class.

The event is $65 per person and you can book your slot online. Usually classes last for around an hour.

If you’re stopping by Niagara, there are also so many other wineries to check out. If you don’t know where to start you can check out Tipsy Theory’s ultimate guide for the best vineyards to try before 2022 is over.

Or, you can check out some natural wonders across the region that you need to see at least once, like the Centennial Lilac Garden.
