Snowshoe Through Frosty Vineyards & Sample Wine At This Niagara Spot

It’s time to grab your mitts and head outside. This Niagara spot will let you snowshoe through frosty vineyards and sample wine along the way.

Thirty Bench Wine Makers have announced that every weekend throughout the month of February, they will be hosting this truly unique Canadian experience.

A local snowshoe expert will teach you the best trekking methods while you wander through the glistening vines.

During your Niagara snowshoe tour, Thirty Bench wine consultant guides will also talk you through samples of some of their more popular vinos.

Once you are done with the tour, you can warm up with a steamy snack at their picnic tables.

The experience costs $75.00 per person ($65.00 if you’re a wine club member) and your ticket includes the snowshoe rental, trek, wine tastings, a souvenir wine glass to take home and a warm cup of vegan soup.

The experience takes place from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and reservations are highly recommended as dates are already starting to sell out.

You can make your reservation through the company’s website.

If there is no snow on the day of your trek, you’ll still be able to have some fun. The winery will have a hike through the vineyard instead, where you’ll still be able to sample their wines and enjoy a warm snack.
