You Can Party In A 100-Year-Old PEC Barn & It’s A Boot-Stomping Good Time

Grab your cowboy boots! One 100-year-old barn in PEC is hosting some amazing parties this year and it’s a boot-stomping good time.

The Hayloft Dancehall, located in Cherry Valley, hosts its “barn party” every Saturday, and it is full of music, late-night eats and more.

Doors open at 9:30 p.m., where you will either be greeted by a DJ or some fantastic live music. You can spend your night dancing on their dance floor, before grabbing a drink and a bite to eat.

Currently, you can chow down on Smokin’ Rednex BBQ until 11 p.m. every Saturday.

Don’t worry about finding a DD either. The Hayloft also has a complimentary bus service that circles through Wellington, Bloomfield, Picton, and more.

The bus will both pick you up and drop you off at the designated locations throughout the night.

Tickets to the event are $26.67 per person and can be purchased through Eventbrite.

This isn’t the only event this local spot hosts. The dancehall also has drag shows and live band burlesque in the PEC barn. They also host weddings if you’re looking to tie the knot with a rustic twist.

The Hayloft Dancehall has been a bar for the past 49 years and sits on the shores of Lake Ontario. It has become a rite of passage for residents over the decades (So if you want to feel like a local, this is a must-try spot).
