This Niagara Pub Has Amazing Food & Major Speakeasy Vibes

Next time you’re hungry, you’ll want to check out this local Niagara pub. Not only does it have fantastic food, but it also has major speakeasy vibes.

The Blind Pig, which is located on Lundy’s Lane, is full of exposed brick, black booths and an expansive bar area.

When you walk in, you’ll feel like you’re transported back to the early days.

In fact, even the name “Blind Pig” dates back to the 1920s during the prohibition (it is now more commonly known as a speakeasy).

This gastropub is known for its diverse menu and handcrafted cocktails. Small plates that are perfect for sharing include their wonton nachos and drunken mussels.

When it comes to handhelds and burgers, you won’t want to miss out on the Pesto Chicken Goat Cheese Pannini, or the 40 Creek Whiskey BBQ Burger.

This Niagara pub is also known for its pizzas, and you can try its classic, buffalo chicken, or pesto chicken pies.

On both Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can score a deal if you bring a date. For $50 you’ll get any two entrees with a house bottle of wine.

The spot also has Happy Hour between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. where you can choose from a $4 drink menu and an $8 app menu.

Some of their handcrafted cocktails include an Old Fashioned, Negroni, Margarita on the rocks and a Pegu Club. You can also choose from a wine list that features both local and international vinos.
