Calling all cheese lovers! This Niagara spot serves up some of the best charcuterie boards in the region and they are super customizable.
Cured Charcuterie & Cocktails, located in Welland, lets you handpick all the meat and cheeses that you want on your board, and you can choose from so many different sizes.
The local spot usually carries 25 to 40 different items that can change daily. When it comes time to make your own, you can choose between the 3, 5, 7 or 10-item charcuterie boards, with prices ranging from $25 to $80.
Once you choose your meats and cheese, Cured Charcuterie will then build your board and add jams, chutneys, pickled items and bread that will compliment your choices.
The selection will come out on a gorgeous live-edge board that is totally photo-worthy.
However, meats and cheeses aren’t the only thing this local spot has on the menu. They also have a rotating selection of other plates that changes often, so make sure to keep an eye on their Instagram.

Currently, you can grab some mouthwatering selections, such as dumplings, ahi tuni tacos, rustic bruschetta and more.
On top of that, you can add a cocktail or two to your meal. They have a rotating line of crafted drinks, as well also local wines to try.
Every Thursday they also have a date night special where you and your loved one can choose two weekly features, a 5-item charcuterie board and a choice of any two desserts for $75.
