The Best Moscow Mule Drink Recipe: Get Tipsy With Us

If you’re like me, sometimes you want something more than just a glass of beer. Whether you’re on a patio or sitting in your overheated living room at home this summer, the Moscow Mule is one of my favorites when it comes to my drink of choice. It’s something about feeling like I’m drinking an R rated ginger ale that makes it taste so good.

Of course, if it’s not the taste of a refreshing Moscow Mule that sells you, serving it up in a classic copper cup will make you feel like you’re actually at a rooftop patio, when in fact, you’re just making it from your own kitchen.

One of the greatest things about the Moscow Mule is that it’s such a simple drink to make. I remember when I first discovered the tingly sweetness, I thought I would only be limited to drinking it whenever I could manage to find it on a restaurant menu.

However, here I am now, being able to make it whenever I get the craving, without even leaving the front door.

Here’s what you need:

Your favourite vodka

Ginger Beer (You can find this in your local grocery store, there’s no alcohol in it)

Lime Juice

Ice

How to make it:

  1. Add Ice
  2. Pour your desired amount of vodka into the cup (We prefer two shots, but it’s up to you)
  3. Add about half a shot of lime juice
  4. Top it off with the ginger beer (Usually around 1/2- 3/4 of a cup)
  5. Stir together and enjoy
