Niagara’s New Jamesons Pub Will Transport You To The 1920s & Here’s A Look Inside

Whether you’re looking to grab a quick drink or a full meal, this new pub in Niagara is a spot you’ll want to check out. Jamesons Pub & Cocktail Bar, located in the Fallsview Casino Resort, will transport you back to the 1920s.

The spot opened its doors earlier this year and has a massive speakeasy vibe. Upon entering you’ll be met with a colourful backdrop filled with blues, greens and oranges.

The dining room is decked out with green circular booths and stunning orb lighting hanging from the ceiling. The lounge area has a floor-to-ceiling bar, with multiple lounge sets sprinkled throughout the space. It’s the perfect place to grab a drink and just hang out.

Throughout the entire space, colourful murals float toward the ceiling, all in shades of bright blue, oranges and yellow. According to their website, “at night, the chic lounge transforms into a space reminiscent of a vintage speakeasy.”

The menu comes with an expansive drink list. You can choose from various international and local whiskey and scotch to sip on in a 2 oz pour.

Or, you can try some of their cocktails. One fan favourite includes the Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita, which comes with sliced jalapeno, chilli salt rim, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup and pineapple juice.

For a national twist, you can also try the Canadian Old Fashion, made with maple syrup.

When it comes to food, Jamesons Pub is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with an expansive dessert menu). Some go-to’s include the chicken pot pie and the steak & fries.

The Jamesons burger, sourdough chicken clubhouse, Rueben sandwich and chickpea fritter wraps are all also a must-try.

End the night with a massive slice of bread pudding, which comes topped with Jamesons whiskey cream and fresh berries.
